Mafalda Carmona

Mafalda is a Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and an experienced lawyer with over 20 years of practice in the area of public law. She practiced law at Sérvulo e Associados and at Cuatrecasas, having been involved in high-profile matters, from the renegotiation of PPPs to bank resolution litigation.
Public procurement, contract enforcement (works and concessions), regulation (telecommunications and energy) and environmental matters are her main areas of practice. Mafalda is also an arbitrator in legal-administrative disputes.
